Dialogue 1
Sophie: Hi, everyone! Good to see you all. I’m starving. Should we order some food?
Rachel: Yes, that’s a great idea. I heard this is a fantastic restaurant.
Server: Hello, ladies. Can I get you started with something to drink?
Sophie: Yes, please. I’ll have a glass of red wine.
Rachel: Make it two, please.
Server: Of course. And would you like to hear about our specials today?
Sophie: Definitely. What do you recommend?
Server: The grilled salmon is one of our most popular dishes, but our ribeye steak is also perfect.
Rachel: Both sound delicious. I think I’ll go for the steak.
Sophie: Great, and I’ll try the salmon.
Server: Excellent choices. Would you like any sides or appetizers to start?
Friends: Yes, please.
Sophie: We want to share some garlic bread and mixed greens salad.
Server: Wonderful. It won’t be long for your drinks and starters to arrive. Is there anything else you need in the meantime?
Rachel: No, thanks. Your service has been excellent so far!
Server: Thank you very much. Let me know if you need anything else while you enjoy your meal.
Friends: Wow, this food is fantastic!
Sophie: Yes, definitely going on my favorite restaurant list. Thanks, guys, for suggesting this place.
Rachel: And thank you for inviting us, Sophie!
Sophie: No problem. And let’s not forget to tip generously since we received such excellent service.

Tom: Hi, everyone! It’s great to see you all.
Server: Good evening. Welcome to our restaurant. Can I take your orders?
Emma: Yes, please. I’ll have the steak and a glass of red wine.
Tom: Me too, please.
Sophie: I think I’ll go for the salmon with a white wine.
Michael: And I want to try the chicken pasta with a beer.
Server: Excellent choices. Your food will be ready soon. In the meantime, can I bring you some bread and butter?
All: Yes, please.
Sophie: This is my favorite restaurant. The food is always delicious.
Emma: Yes, and the service is excellent too. The staff knows how to take care of us.
Tom: Agreed. I’m so glad we decided to come here tonight.
Michael: Hey guys, let’s order some cocktails later after dinner!
Sophie: Great idea, Michael. Server, could you recommend some good cocktails?
Server: Of course. We have a wide selection of drinks. Our signature cocktail is called “Mango Tango” and is popular among customers.
Emma: That sounds amazing! We’ll try that.
Server: Your food is served now. Enjoy, and let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you.
All: Thank you!
Tom: Mmm…this steak is cooked to perfection.
Sophie: And this salmon is divine. I love it when the skin is crispy like this.
Michael: Wow, this chicken pasta is fantastic—so many flavors in one dish.
Emma: This was such an excellent choice for dinner. Thanks, guys!
All: Thank you, Emma, for suggesting this place!
